Why do doctors send me to rheumatologist even though i do not have ra (labs) but i do have a prob with my muscles possibly iatrogenic?

Not "RA" Dr only: Rheumatologists diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of autoimmune, idiopathic (or even iatrogenic) neuro-muscular conditions. They often are the best qualified to determine testing necessary to properly identify a condition and then prescribe best management for it.
