Yes: Exercise & its inverse (converse?) sitting both have a major impact on our health.. We know that moderate intensity exercise 30 minutes most days of the week is good for you. But the more you sit at work, watching tv after work or updating your social network, the worse off your health. I've reviewed at least 11 studies on my blog on this theme telling you "don't just sit there, do something!".

Sedentary lifestyle: I believe it is about comparing an active versus sedentary lifestyle. You cannot just run around 12/7. It means that you need to be active, do exercise.
