Seek an evaluation: My best reccomendation would be to see a chi;ld psychiatrist with experience seeing young children. Calling her pediatrician would be a good way to start.

Seek help: It sounds like your child is in crisis. I would take him/her to the pediatrician right away. It's not clear what you meant by "blacking out" but this is not typical behavior and may mean that your child is struggling with physical and/or mental health problems.
