Work out times: Ten to 13 hours straight work out times is excessive for most people, and can be counter productive. Best to space out your workout times and be more moderate with the number of hours.

Tough on diabetics: Hi. Good for you. I'm very proud of you, and you make people realize we diabetics can be accomplished athletes. Do you use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)? If you were my patient, I would INSIST on it with endurance sports of such extremity. But as long as you're safe and monitoring your sugar and getting adequate fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients (glucose, etc), I think you're GREAT!
