Polyp or mucus: Probabky not a poly as they are not things you can blow out- it is more likely to be a mass of mucus that is in the form of the nasal cavity, or a blood clot, or a mass of fungus (from a fungal infection). Probably worth checking in with your local ENT if you are concerned. Could diagnose polyps as well. Hope this helps!
