i blew my nose really hard and this thing that looked like it had roots came out could it be a poyolp?

Polyp or mucus: Probabky not a poly as they are not things you can blow out- it is more likely to be a mass of mucus that is in the form of the nasal cavity, or a blood clot, or a mass of fungus (from a fungal infection). Probably worth checking in with your local ENT if you are concerned. Could diagnose polyps as well. Hope this helps!
