Are you sleepy: My first question did you loose consciousness . My second question ,did you hit your nose while hitting your head. Nose bleed is not associated with any neurological event. If you start feeling sleepy too much. Or you start having any vision problem. Or start having any bleeding from the ears. Is start having bad headache. Or start having memory problem. GO AND SEE A DOCTOR.
