Recovering from a cold, i blew my nose hard and experienced strong pain in ear. something seems lodged in ear now. should i see a doctor?

Eustacian tube: blockage... You forced air up the tube from the lateral throat causing a sharp rise in pressure in the middle ear (barrow trauma). It should clear with time. Do not blow so hard, try yawning, use decongestants, NSAIDs if discomfort is too great.
