Doubt so: Sounds like she has a chronic medical condition requiring a picc line. Usually see recurring infections in chronic illnesses due to low immune system, they are more prone to viral or bacterial infections . At times, fungal infection. Sit down w her doctor to get a clear picture of what to expect . Clindamycin is not the culprit here.
