Not serious!: Clindamycin is an antibiotic, so it is not likely to cause any serious side effects. It can sometimes cause stomach upset which is slow to come on...may take 12-24 hours or even longer before anything happens. Diarrhea can be a problem sometimes. So just watch out for that. If she remains without side effects for 4-7 days, she should do fine.
