Stay informed: Not knowing exactly what the biopsy showed makes it difficult to comment, but i would recommend you read, and then read some more. If you have the ability to visit with a geneticist, that would be a good idea for your children. Also, consider getting a few opinions on the treatment options. In your husbands case, more minds on the case is a good thing.

My muscle biopsy results are chronic denervation with reinnervation, rare pyknotic nuclear clumps, and angular atrophic fibers. No compression of nerves in my spine, no injuries, and genetic tests are negative. What else could cause these findings?
