I wonder if you have seen a neurologist and have EMG done. Your symptom seems consistent with a neuromuscular disease, not muscle disease by itself.

My muscle biopsy says I have chronic denervation. I have exercise intolerance and bad muscle cramping. I did genetic testing that included mcardles disease and metabolic diseases and they all were negative. Could this still be metabolic a disease?
