Careful: None of your options seem to match what is needed from a medical standpoint and that is a biopsy. While most of the time lesions remain benign, not treating properly a lesion with malignant potential, such as a melanoma may have devastating consequences. The right thing to do will be to take few days off and have the biopsy done as soon as possible.

Neighboring country: If there are not suitable facilities in Afghanistan, you could try some in Pakistan or better yet, in India, rather than having to return to the USA. The proper approach is have excision, not biopsy, and examination of tissue by a pathologist. Wish you good health!
