Popping/click sound : Can be your neck vertebrae articulating (moving over) the area that it's attached to, and usually benign. However, you may want to see an osteopathic physician, who could do a complete musculoskeletal examination on you, and see if omt (osteopathic manipulation) could reduce or eliminate it upon treatment, once your neck, head are aligned properly.
