Healthy diet: You don;t need diet pill, you need to follow a healthy well balance diet which is low on sugar. I know indian diets. Please cut down on rice and white bread. Eat whole grain, fruit vegetables, protein and healthy oil. You will be fine.

Normal weight: Per bmi criteria, your weight is currently normal. You don't need to lose weight. Keep up the good work. No responsible physician should prescribe weight loss medication for someone who is already at a normal weight. You are still very young. Be careful with what you are doing to your body.

Fat percentage: It is true that your weight is within normal limits for your height, but if out of shape, then the percent of your weight coming from fat could be high. To change this, adding aerobic exercise (brisk walking or running for example) 30 minutes 5 days/week should help you trade fat for muscle. If you already do this, then avoid sugar & refined grains, and avoid drinking calories. Meds - bad idea.
