Few things to try...: I would recommend starting with some calories restriction, eating a well balanced diet with more fish/veggies, less meats, along with good amount of aerobic, ab crunches, and weight bearing exercises. Kick-boxing is incredibly effective, but tough to do. Swimming can be added. Just remember, you can't buy good health but you can't make it so yourself. If u need help, consult your doc. Good luck.
