Red tinted glasses: Redtinted glasses do not make someone more sleepy. I am not sure what the rest of your comment is saying.

I hear you!: Your treated for osa with cpap, subjectively you feel sleepy? In the sleep lab your mean sleep latency test is nml and so objectively, on that day, you did not test as excessively sleepy (and would not have narcolepsy). What is your epworth score (search ess)? >40% are still too sleepy after CPAP regardless of light exposure (red or blue). If you are sleepy and not depressed/fatigue.. Nuvigil etc?
