Tired all the time: Hypersomnia is marked by an increased need for sleep and feeling unusually tired all the time. Symptoms may include being tired all the time, the need for daytime naps, and feeling drowsy, despite sleeping and napping. If you consistently feel drowsy during the day, talk to your doctor.

Hypersomnia : A good, simple way to measure hypersomnia is with the epworth sleepiness scale, which is available here: http://www.Stanford.Edu/~dement/epworth.Htm. A score of 10 or above is a consistent with a clinical degree of hypersomnia. Good luck.
