Sounds like you are staying balanced and hitting all muscles.Likely you are staying hydrated and have good nutrition. High reps and low weight can be intense without causing pain.Hurray!

Sculpting difference: Try body sculpting. You isolate one muscle group (quad, bi, tri, ab....) and work with wts. If done correctly you will be sore and you will get sculpted. Get lessons from a good trainer and work out arms one day, lower body one day and chest and back one day. Eat correctly, do not forget the cardio and make sure your form is correct so you do not get injured.
