Drink water: You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) for mild soreness after exercise and weight training is normal but if you're having severe soreness in your muscle and your urine color is turning dark then you should consult a physician to rule out rhabdomyolysis which is caused by excessive breakdown of muscle tissue and lead to renal failure sometime in the meantime stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids.
