See your dentist: It's difficult to tell from your question. But possible causes can include tooth decay, gum disease, or just grinding/clenching. Treatment can range from something simple as an tooth adjustment to a root canal treatment. The important thing is to get a proper diagnosis by getting seen by a dentist.

See Your Dentist: Toothaches are signs of tooth decay & infection. They do not heal & can be a source of pain & infection that spreads to the rest of the body. There is a normal daily rhythm of pain tolerance which is highest at the time we awaken and lowest from 11 pm to 1 am correlates with the body's natural cortisol steroid level that control when weak cells die (-> pressure/pain) & are replaced with new cells.

Strange!: Lots of reasons for tooth pain but don't know any that happen because of a certain time of the day. There must be something going on during that time like grinding or clenching or some other reason from lying down, changing head position to eating something. Any pain that's been there for a month certainly needs to be evaluated by a dentist.
