Blood may be coming from many sources, including your nose, mouth, lungs, or stomach. I suggest you see your dentist for a periodontal examination. Inflamed gingiva (gingivitis or periodontitis) often do not cause pain.

If the blood is from your mouth, than it is from poor oral hygiene. The blood is no doubt from your red, puffy and swollen gums. You have a periodontal[gum] infection and need to see a dentist and or a periodontist for treatment. You can not treat this condition yourself.
