I need advice on essential hand tremor. people are always commenting?

Ignore them: Tremor is common. If you think about it too much it gets worse. If you can ignore it it gets better. Some have found that Inderal (propranolol) can help. Many new treatments are now available. If very severe, neurological evaluation would be appropriate.
