Complex: Need to confirm diagnosis. MSA is handled quite differently from Parkinson's, and a therapeutic program will need careful titration. Physical therapy can ease some of the difficulty, but will be only palliative. Wonder if second opinion where you live or Concierge visit here on HT might provide a few valuable interventional tweeks?
