Go see ur Family Doc: If resting tremor, then we need to worry about Parkinson's disease. If intention tremor ie w/activity, then may improve w/beta blocker. Check out http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/739106 for more info. Then go see your Family Doc or Neurologist.

When I hold my non-dominant hand out, I have a very slight tremor. But its still at rest or holding something. Or if I exert my muscles on that side (like lifting something), they rhythmically shake a little. Could this be neurological?
