16y.o male, when i hold my hands out they shake (worse with anxiety). and when i stand up quickly after resting i feel blurry vision for a few sec could i have essential tremor and them both being involved or what is this at my age?

You might have a Heredofamilial Essential Tremor disorder, and on standing, a brief dip in your blood pressure, but this needs direct observation and exam by your physician to confirm or disconfirm. Any evaluation should include a thyroid profile.
