Many Have Benefited: Aripiprazole (brand abilify) is a second generation antipsychotic indicated in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and as an adjunct in the treatment of major depressive disorder. In my practice I have witnessed many individuals from each of these diagnostic groups improve. It is not the medication for everyone and I have seen others who did not improve. Work with your md.

Thank

Yes, I have: Last year i suffered a bad brain bleed, a subdural hematoma, . I was operated on six times- five burr holes and finally a craniotomy. I have had depression for many years, always well managed with therapy and medications. After the brain bleed i lost my colon to a c. Diff. Infection acquired in the hospital. I had a post-operative delirium and was placed on abilify (aripiprazole). It also lifted my mood at 2 mg.
