Yes: Acetyl-l-carnitine is a very safe naturally-occurring substance that your own body produces & has no known interactions with abilify (aripiprazole). It may even help reduce toxicity from abilify (aripiprazole). There is evidence that vitamin c, vitamin e, manganese and b vitamins may protect against tardive dyskenesia, a rare but serious side effect.
