Each has benefits: This is a bit like asking which is better, apples or oranges. There are many benefits for each of these. Yoga & tai chi are ancient techniques whereas pilates is more recent. All can benefit both mind & body.There are many varieties of yoga & tai chi & many different teachers. Some individuals will prefer/do better with one while another may prefer a different approach. You might want to try each!
