Hard to speculate: You need a complete workup including a thorough history, physical exam, labs drawn and possibly x-rays or ultrasound. This could be atypical symptoms of heart trouble or more urgently a problem with your aorta which could be fatal if untreated. If this has gone on for awhile you need to see a dr. Right away, possibly an er visit if pain worsens at all.
