Multiple choices: Pain in the upper part of your abdomen associated with eating or drinking would be most likely associated with your stomach, your pancreas, or your gallbladder. Any type of ulcer or gastritis could cause pain when eating or drinking. Pancreatitis and gallbladder disease can also cause the same thing. Suggest you follow-up with your healthcare provider.
