Pain at chest /stm: May be reflux, gastritis cjust reflux or from bacteria h pylori. May also related to pericarditis, if recent infection, or heart though rare at your age unless using pseudoephrine or cocaine. if pain when you press could be costochondritis an inflammation of the cartliage which responds to motrin , though I have also found it in people w/ mycoplasma and give zithromax. F/U w/ doc /urgent care
