Odd question!: People with HIV who are celibate can't infect their partners, so the virus can't kill them.

Not likely: Even without being abstained from sex, transmission is not high and if so, treatment is quite effective.

Depends: If their partner already has HIV infection, this might eventually be related to an earlier death. If they are not yet infected and both remain celibate, they will not become infected unless they share needles or exchange blood or body fluids. Hiv is very difficult to give to another person short of sex or the above features.
