Can the aids virus be transmitted from under the nails if blood from a person infected with aids falls on them, knowing that there is a non-bleeding wound under the nails?

The chances of transmission is very low from the scenario described. There are opportunities to prevent infection by taking medication for prevention if you see a medical personnel they would evaluate the situation to see if you should be on medication for prevention rather than be anxious.
