Depends on Cause: If the cause is food packed under the gum, then warm saline rinsing & gentle flossing may help. If it is from an abscessed tooth, then only a dentist can treat the cause of the pain. If it is from herpes, then your dr can prescribe medication. It all depends on what is causing the pain, so see your dentist or a physician to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment.

Gum pain: It is best to see your dentist and find out what is causing this pain. To answer your question, yes there are quick solutions, but the dentist needs to diagnose what is the problem.

Is there a natural way to relieve pain?

Many ways: Everything from yoga to natural pain relievers & anti-inflammatory herbs like curcumin can help, depending on the cause of pain. Osteopathic docs also use hands-on diagnosis & gentle manipulation to help relax injured tissues, improve blood flow, lymphatic return (reducing swelling), & nerve function to improve the body's ability to heal itself. It doesn't get anymore natural than self-healing :).
