Few quick fixes.: 40-60% of depressed patients will show a response (usually defined as 50% or greater decrease in symptoms) after a period of sleep deprivation. Unfortunately 80% relapse after their recovery night of sleep. Besides ECT and rtms, there have been reports of quick responses to low dose ketamine, however this response is also not clearly sustained and most psychiatrists have been hesitant to try it.

Exersize and therapy: Exersize can increase endorphine and is good treatment for mild depressive symptoms, in addition therapy can identify if negative thoughts is the reason for the mild depression. However, it is important also to see u primary care physician since there are a lot of medical condition that can cause mood sumptoms.
