The best combo: Is to address the underlying issue of anxiety, depression and insomnia with the help of your psychologist or psychiatrist, if not them, your pastor, community leader, mentor or wise friend. At 22 you don't want to go down the road of Clonazepam for symptom control. What will you do when you're 50, 60, 70?

Very good combo: Clonazepam is an anti-anxiety medication and trazodone is an oral antidepressant drug. However, both increase sedation and drowsiness and have many other side effects (including possible suicidal thoughts/attempts). Rec.: follow instructions of the prescribing physician and if you notice worsening contact your doctor immediately.
