Can't open my mouth fully; could this be tmj?

Maybe: Tmj is the name of the joint. Tmd is the problem in that joint. Whether the joint itself is involved or just the muscles in that area needs to be determined, have a dentist examine the area.

TMJ: It could very well be due to your jaw joints. You should have this evaluated soon with a dentist or orthodontist.

Depends: Need to be evaluated to make sure that you truly have tmj/tmd or some other ailment, etc. That can mimic TMJ symptoms. Should see a dentist/tmj specialist first to give you more info with a thorough history and exam.
