Open my mouth it hurts when i stick out my tongue it really hurts. sometimes my mouth hurts. could it be tmj what do i do about it snd what dr do i see? what do i do? just started a week ago can it be cured? is it a cavity? thank you?

I don’t think it is TMJ. However, how widely are you opening your mouth, when you stick tongue out. Do you have any broken teeth. I probably would start with Oral Surgeon. Have an exam, and let OS take some diagnostic X-rays. Do you clench you teeth. Are you in a stressful situation. Any ulcerations in mouth, on tongue. Again, I would seek out OS first.
