Hopefully: When starting dialysis, there are many things that will make you feel tired. The first thing is adjusting to having fluid removed from your body. Another thing is that you are likely anemic and it will take a few weeks before the medicine administrated at dialysis will improve your blood count. Therefore once your body adjust to these situations, you will likely feel better.

Dialysis: This should improve over time. There are many things that dialysis will help to correct such as toxins that have accumulated and anemia that has resulted from having chronic renal failure. As these things get better, you should start to feel better. Pay attention to what youd dialysis doctor and dialysis personnel advise you on and you should feel better.
