Anemia or low BP?: Lightheadedness and fatigue can arise from many conditions. In young women, heavy menstrual bleeding can cause anemia (low red blood count) that shows up as feeling lightheaded and tired. Treatment is using iron supplements. Dehydration from inadequate fluid intake can also cause low blood pressure, and feeling dizzy/tired. Treatment is getting enough fluid. See a physician for a full evaluation.
