Speak to your doctor: Have you discussed this with your neurologist? Typically after a stroke, there is ongoing treatment with physical and cognitive/occupational therapy. While 6 years is a fairly longer time to ask this question, you should consult with your physician with these concerns, particularly since they will have your medical history and be able to assess your clinical status and relative improvement.
