What can be done for stretch marks and loose skin after c-section?

Surgery or nothing: Once the skin has been stretched to the point of stretch marks appearing (essentially fracturing if the dermal layer of skin), there is no repair to allow the skin to be tightened. No laser, no radio frequency, no ultrasonic device can make appreciable differences. So, we are only left with one answer "surgery or nothing". A tummy tuck will usually suffice.

Tummy Tuck works!: Assuming you're not in a hurry to get pregnant again, your best bet would be to see a competent plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck consultation. See this link for information about the procedure. http://ocps.com/procedures/tummy-tuck-abdominoplasty.
