Dr. Bunkis has been in private practice, specializing in aesthetic surgery, since 1983. With offices in the East Bay and in Orange County, OCPS offers the very latest advances in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Bunkis has received Honorary memberships, Associatio Medicorum Bohemoslovacorum J.E. Purkyne and the Societas Bohemoslovaca Chirurgiae Plasticae, in Prague. Dr. Bunkis has operated on indigent children in Central America for years and in recognition of his charitable efforts, was knighted by the Cavalieri di San Marco (Knights of San Marco), Venice, received the Angel Wings Award, Angel Wings Foundation and the Man of Character Award, Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America. A feature film he helped produce, “F-Stops”, won the Silver Medal, Houston Film Festival, Houston TX and was invited to the Cannes Festival.
