Hmmm: Weight loss is driven by a simple principle: eat less calories than you use every day. Coconut oil can only help if you eat less calories than you burn. Body types are irrelevant. There are select people who are morbidly obese who require surgery to decrease daily intake. Most other folks just need to cut down portion size and exercise more.
