How much weight can i lose drinking castor oil?

Castor oil is: Laxative and will make you have loose stool. It is also possible to have diarrhea . If your intake matches the out put there should not be any weight lose . However , if you are restricting your intake you may loose some not because castor oil is a weight loss medicine because you are restricting . If you believe that you need to restrict your intake and loose weight , please talk to your pcp.
