Performance Anxiety: You're not giving yourself much time here. But first, be sure you have your presentation ready and practiced. Next, breathing exercises can help. See: [ www.Calmclinic.Com/anxiety/treatment/breathing-exercises ] for examples. Practice these before the day of your talk. Get a good night's rest. Some also use low-dose Inderal (propranolol) to deal with performance anxiety -- speak with your doctor.

Xanax (alprazolam) & inderal: Assuming e have been evaluated & found 2 have performance anxiety. I've treated a number of performing artists & individuals giving speeches & presentations with a combination of xanax (alprazolam) & Inderal 1-2 hrs before their performance. Toastmasters & speech coaches are helpful long term.
