Exposure: When anxiety / panic is triggered by specific situations, you need someone qualified to help you through the process of purposefully exposing yourself to the situation in graded, slow increases of 'reality' or intensity on at least a visualized / imaginal basis. Also, make sure the helper is willing to explore the 'reasons' or 'functions' of your anxiety, though that is not always necessary.
