Funny you should ask: I just came back from the supermarket. Bought $20 dollars worth of bread and fresh vegetables, about enough for 4 person-days. Add $10 for milk, cheese, meat and condiments already in the house - sounds plenty healthy to me!

Easy: Its cheaper to eat a banana than a chocolate bar. Buy fruits and vegetables that are in season and on sale, Junk food that may be cheaper in the long run will cost you more in healthcare, diabetes, overweight, knee and hip pain. Don't just look at the price now- but look at the big picture- and how much healthcare dollars you will save by eating healthy
