Be careful: I don't think anyone could give you an answer to this and they shouldn't. It's dangerous to limit yourself to 3 specific foods and a multivitamin. You need variety in your diet to stay healthy. Generally speaking the more ingredients you can recognize in your food with your naked eyes the better it is (remember pepperoni is not an ingredient).
