Yes: Healthy diet and daily exercise helps keep you grounded in a good way. Exercise is both a good distraction from -- and discharge of -- pent-up anxious feelings. It's good also to put in place some kind of daily spiritual or relaxation practice -- this can involve physical activity also, such as yoga or tai chi. Healthy diet with plenty of omega 3's and antioxidants can help stabilize neurons too.
